P.W.S.A. AGM Update
We hope this communication finds you safe as we continue to navigate the pandemic. We want to remind everyone of the upcoming events
- We remind you of the upcoming AGM on November 28, 2020 at 9:00am. Given the rising numbers of COVID-19 cases we will be changing the meeting to 100% virtual. Only registered voting delegates and invited guests will be permitted into the meeting and all AGM documents (hardcopy) will be available on request to any member.
- To be a member and register your right to vote you must be fully affiliated for 2021 by November 21, 2020 at midnight.
Affiliation requirements – All Fees, Paperwork, signed waivers, registration forms, and Association affiliation complete.

Each affiliated association will have 1 vote and each affiliated team will have 1 vote.
We will provide further information to those registered in the coming weeks.
