2025 PWSA Affiliation has now opened on our MRS system. Complete details on how to register your association, team, coaches and athletes is available on our affiliations page. We look forward to a great 2025 season. Register as early as possible to avoid last minute congestion for insurance and approvals!

Please note: Registration for the 2025 season for associations, teams and individuals will open on January 1, 2025. In order to be affiliated your association must be affiliated (includes all required documents, police checks, waivers, concussion acknowledgements, copies of the association constitution & bylaws, as well as a board of directors list). Your team must have paid the affiliation fee, had the team verified in the MRS system, and then received your certificate of insurance.

Affiliations opened January 1st. ***Please note that EMT’s (e-transfers) can’t be accepted at this time. If you wish to use the e-transfer option you instead need to send a cheque to the following:
