Updates on Affiliation & More
Just a reminder that affiliation for the 2025 season is now open on our MRS system. You can find information on how to register as an association, coach, and athlete here: https://www.pwsaontario.com/general-info/affiliations/

The starting point for the registration process is that the association must register first. Once that has been completed, the board members for the association are added next. Once that is complete, then teams can be added to the association, and once they have been added coaches, assistants, athletes anfd parents can be registered as well.
This year, e-transfers as a payment method are not available. So payment of fees online must be made using a credit card, or payment must be sent to PWSA via mail. All of these details are posted on the Affiliations page.
Locations for PWSA 2025 Qualifier and Championship events are being posted once agreements between the host and PWSA have been signed. Our Championship page is the spot where you can find dates and the location for events: https://www.pwsaontario.com/competitions/championships/
If a host has not yet been determined you will see TBA for the location. The expectation is the date will not be changed, and that a host will soon be assigned.
A reminder that the PWSA Annual General Meeting (virtual) is being held on February 22. More details, and the meeting package will be sent to registered guests in the coming weeks. The final call for possible amendments has been made, and member associations received the communication this week.
