2024 Affiliation Information

A reminder the 2023 season and all Insurance certificates expire on Dec31/23 at midnight.

We are working through some set-up issues with our insurance provider for the 2024 season, but we are confident that we can help teams address any insurance, or 3rd party questions as they arise.

We have attached the 2024 – 3^rd party insurance application we have worked with the insurance company to expedite these for the 8^th of January,  if we have form and payment in hand by years end latest.

We will be opening Association Affiliation on the 19^th of December please have your association contact (only) register and please have your BOD updated and registered by January 3^rd latest if you are seeking 3^rd party insurance, if not we will process as you complete.

We have also attached a 2024 bid form for our provincials and grands we will be reviewing the bids at our January 27^th board meeting.

Individual and Team Affiliation will open on January 1, 2024, in addition to all of the above we will have a new message board on our MRS (member registration system) advising of changes to the system as they are implemented.
