2019 P.W.S.A. Playoff Announcement Draw

ATTENTION ALL TEAM MANAGERS AND COACHES:

The P.W.S.A. will be conducting its playoff draws on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Staybridge Suites Oakville, 2511 Wyecroft Road, Oakville, ON. (Ontario room)

Each affiliated participating team will be allowed one (1) representative per team to attend the draw for their division only. Please note the draws will not be given out on Friday evening.

The scheduled time for the draws will be as follows:

U10                   – 7:00 PM
U12                   – 7:15 PM
U14 I & II          – 7:35 PM
U16  I                – 8:05 PM
U16 II                – 8:20 PM
U19  I                – 8:35 PM
U19 II                – 8:50 PM
Intermediate II   – 9:10 PM
Women’s Open   – 9:20 PM

We will be tweeting draw match-ups as well as sending out on our free Smartphone app.  Download Team App here (http://teamapp.com/app) or search for Team App on the App Store or Google play.

Once downloaded, Launch Team App. 
Then: 
1. Sign-up to Team App. You’ll be sent an email to confirm your registration. 
2. Log in. Then search for PWSA and request access to group(s) that apply to you – Coach, Parent, Player, Umpire, etc.


PLEASE NOTE:  THE DRAW PACKAGES WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO ALL REGISTERED MANAGERS/COACHES ON YOUR TEAM.   DRAW PACKAGES WILL NOT BE SENT IN THE REGULAR MAIL.

THESE PACKAGES WILL BE SENT FROM YOUR DIVISIONAL COORDINATOR.
