PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 SEASON FOR ASSOCIATIONS, TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS WILL OPEN JANUARY 1, 2025.
IN ORDER TO BE AFFILIATED, YOUR ASSOCIATION MUST BE AFFILIATED, (includes all required documents, Police Record Checks, Waivers, Concussion Acknowledgement, Constitution and Bylaws, Board of Directors Lists. YOUR TEAM MUST HAVE PAID THE AFFILIATION FEE, HAD THE TEAM VERIFIED IN THE MRS SYSTEM, AND THEN RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.

How do I affiliate my Association and/or Team for 2025?

My team wants to train, compete and play exhibition games, tournaments, including Qualifiers and Provincials, what do I need to do?
Your team will need to affiliate. Additionally, your Association will also need to be affiliated and acquire 3rd Party Insurance for your practice facility /park permits if required by the facility/town.
