Travel Permits
Note: Every player and coach will be responsible to adhere to the Covid travel requirements for the destination they are travelling to. P.W.S.A. will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for testing or quarantine time.
Every team or individual travelling out of the province must have a travel permit. A travel permit is required for all events including games, tournaments, softball camps and softball clinics. Each travel permit costs $30.00 (HST included).
NOTE: The Travel Permit application form is now available on the MRS System, once you have paid your fee for the permit.

A travel permit application and the appropriate fees must be received at minimum 2 weeks in advance of the date of travel. Permit applications not received in this time frame may result in no travel permit being issued.
Note: Any permit processed within 72 hours of date of travel will incur a fine of $250.00. (this means if it is processed, this is not an expedited fee)
To avoid delays, carefully read instructions on the forms and make sure both the application and roster are completed in full.
Important Note: Teams travelling after October 1st will need to be affiliated for 2025. See our Affiliations Page for more details.
