The Mental Health and Sport Resource Hub available on www.coach.ca provides the tools and information to overcome stigma and guide conversations about mental health. This free online portal offers training and resources for coaches to develop mental health literacy and positive coaching practices to improve performance and well-being in sport.

The Coaching Association of Canada in 2023 organized a speaking tour, where a panel attended high schools to talk about Mental Health. This video talks about how several athletes have handled and dealt with various stressors surrounding mental health, from balancing studies and sport, dealing with great and no-so great coaches, handling social media comparisons and more.
